This is a great program for those who need tighter management of their BGL levels. Before I started using this app, I was using a 30/70 twice per day (30 in the morning and 10 at dinner) and found myself spiking and dropping uncontrollably. After only a few days, I am now down to 15 units in the morning and 10 at dinner (I usually have a large bedtime snack) and my numbers are between 7 and 3.5. This program allows me to watch my program and provides me with fairly accurate predictions, which I rely on to eat or exercise, even if it is only a taking a light, short walk or having a Nature Valley bar. As I said, I have been using the program for less than a week now and am swing great results. The program states it needs 14 days of data to create accurate predictions. I dont think anyone needs to ask if I am looking forward to what I might see after a couple of weeks committed to this program. This is an app and computer program accessible through your browser that every person with Diabetes should consider. Thanks team.
Initialy couldnt get any of the data import functions to work from the app but after workign with Dexcom (the problem appears to be on their end) I finally have a working setup. My Dexcom CGM data is being imported and I can see how accurately PredictBGL predicted the outcome of my meals and bolus. I have used the app to tweak my dosing regimen and improved managment of my diabetes. I cant imagine managing my diabetes without this app.
I have tried most of the apps that are on the market and nothing compares to this one. Not even close. Health insurances around the world should cover this app. Now even the free version is capable enough to give you a sense of how helpful this is. And it helps me be more aware and knowledgeable about my health. Try it youll see. Couldnt recommend it more.

Some bad moments

Just downloaded. Trying to do step 2 and it froze. Re-started app and it wont go back to the setup page. Very disappointed.
It wont let me properly use the app until I "finish" my profile. Even still its still showing its only 33% finished.
It says my profile is only 33% complete and I have 8 things left to do and they are all about sharing and rating the app and yet when I do those things, it still says it needs to be done. I dont use Twitter or Instagram or many others other than Facebook but even when I share on Facebook, it still says I need to do it. Im frustrated with this app and cant seem to get it to work and none of the tasks have anything to do with diabetes!
It might be a very good app but it cannot share via Apples Health framework. There is no way that I am going to re-enter all my health data I have recorded in compliant apps. It appears to support several proprietary protocols but that does me absolutely no good.
Bought it, stopped using it, developer uses the word "Insane" to describe features...ummm I dont use products with "Insane" features... diabetes is insane enough, give me an app that has "sane" features.
Excellent dose calculator also is extremely accurate with highs and lows three hours out best of a cgm with a pump without the cost and hardware easy to use
